The Greyton Red Cross Society is a certified chapter of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and the South African Red Cross Society (SARCS).

IFRC is the world’s largest humanitarian network. Its secretariat supports local Red Cross and Red Crescent chapters and acts before, during and after disasters and health emergencies to meet the needs and improve the lives of vulnerable people.
